Code of Conduct

Bloom'n Events Co reserves the right to remove any individual from an event who violates this code of conduct.
Insurance Policy
Bloom'n Events Co holds comprehensive public liability insurance to cover any potential damages or injuries that may occur during an event.
Bloom'n Events Co only works with contractors and clients who hold equivalent insurance cover.
Vendor & Third-Party Policy
Bloom'n Events Co only works with trusted, vetted suppliers and contractors.
If you are supplying your own vendors, it is your responsibility to ensure they hold relevant certificates of insurance, proof of compliance with health and safety regulations and all other licenses, certificates and registrations as applicable.
All vendors and third-party suppliers must comply with Bloom'n Events Co policies, including health and safety, sustainability, and code of conduct.
Bloom'n Events Co reserves the right to terminate contracts with clients, vendors or contractors who do not meet our standards or policies.
Intellectual Property & Content Use Policy
All content created by Bloom'n Events Co (including photos, videos, and written materials) remains the intellectual property of Bloom'n Events Co.
Clients may use content for personal promotion, but must credit Bloom'n Events Co and seek permission for any commercial use.
Clients may not alter or remove any Bloom'n Events Co branding or logos from content without prior written consent.
Bloom'n Events Co retains rights to any content we create, including photography or event designs, for marketing and portfolio use unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may request in writing not to have images shared publicly.
