Tamara de Lange (nee Lilly)

CEO & Founder

Tamara is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in retail and commercial property management, corporate agribusiness, events management, community development and Local Government. She has successfully managed Casual Leasing and Mall Media revenue across more than 20 shopping centres in five Australian states (2003-2018), generating multi-million dollar returns for stakeholders. Skilled in visual merchandising and placemaking, Tamara has a strong understanding of planning, designing, and managing spaces to enhance vitality and promote well-being. She also holds a Permaculture Design Certificate and has founded and led various community initiatives and organisations.

Anton de Lange

COO & Co-Founder

Anton is a highly adaptable and dependable professional with a broad background spanning over three decades across technical maintenance, safety, and operations. Drawing on extensive experience from a distinguished career in the defence sector, he has held senior roles within the electrical engineering industry, excelling in sales leadership, production oversight, project management, and strategic marketing. His expertise includes managing key client relationships, leading large teams, and coordinating local and international production efforts. With a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence, he brings valuable insight and leadership to deliver successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
